Excellent service would use again

Excellent product. Good value for money. Delivered on time. Happy customer!

Quick delivery of 4 x bearings. We had an issue which wasn't their fault. We returned the bearings and replacements were again quickly dispatched. However, we did not receive email with dispatch information as stated on their confirmation email - this would have saved us chasing order.

It would have been convenient to have a payment option via bank transfer in the web shop. Now I have had to charge my private credit card for a company purchase. Not all companies have a credit card or paypall account.

It is now Wednesday. Order was placed Sunday. The acknowledgement stated that as soon as the package ships I would get an email. I have not had that email. My take on this is that you do not have the stock oterwise I would have got an email on Monday. I need to know and don't. I do not appreciate a model where on receiving an order you then place an order unless the shipment is direct from your supplier to me. I need transparency and clarity but have none. Not amused. Communicate!
