Collection

Collection in person, or arranging for a carrier of your choice to collect your goods on your behalf. In both cases we ask that you allow us time to prepare your order for collection, as large orders can take time to pick and pack.

We also ask that if you are arranging for your order to be collected that you inform us who will be collecting your parcel and give them your order number - this is a unique number allocated to every order.

Import Duty

If you order products from our website for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination.
