1) Why use Henderson Bearings?
We have 6 full time technical sales personnel with a combined wealth of experience spanning some 135 years.
2) Do you ship Worldwide?
Yes we ship worldwide, if you can't find the country of destination in the listing please contact sales.
3) Do you accept returns?
Yes Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 working days for a full refund, excluding the cost of delivery unless Henderson Bearings are at fault. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed. Any goods returned should be in saleable condition, and in their original sealed packaging.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
4) What delivery options do you offer?
All items are available from our Ringwood warehouse (we do not drop ship) orders received and paid for before 4:00pm (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched same day via Royal mail 48. Express services are available if you require goods more urgently, you also have the option to collect from our Ringwood warehouse.
Royal Mail 48 hour service can take 1-4 days (very rare it will take 4 days)
Royal Mail 24 hour service normally next working day (Vary rare it will take 2)
Express next day tracked delivery (very rare it will take 2)
If you are located in the Scottish highlands, Northern Ireland, or any off shore island charges very, please contact sales for freight cost.

All European orders are sent using a tracked service only via the following carriers:-
Royal Mail International Sign For, UPS, or TNT. Delivery times vary depending on destination. As a guide mainland European countries 2-5 days, Eastern Europe 3-8 days. If more detail is required please contact sales.
If you do not receive your goods within 28 days of payment please contact us.
